NOTICE OF APPEAL
NOW COMES Appellant North Branch Fire District #1 (“NBFD”), by and through its attorneys, Primmer Piper Eggleston & Cramer, PC, and, pursuant to 10 V.S.A. § 8501 et seq., hereby appeals to the Superior Court—Environmental Division Findings of Fact and Order of the Secretary of the Vermont Agency of Natural Resources regarding Indirect Discharge Permit No. ID-9-0074 dated December 21, 2018; Findings of Fact and Order of the Secretary of the Vermont Agency of Natural Resources regarding Indirect Discharge Permit No. ID90074 dated January 4, 2019; and the denial of an Emergency Pollution Permit for which NBFD applied on or about December 14, 2018 (a copy of which Findings of Fact and denial may be obtained from the undersigned).
Appellant claims party status through 10 V.S.A. §§ 6086(c)(1)(E) and 8504(d)(2)(B) because NBFD is a permit applicant aggrieved by the Secretary’s Decision.
TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS: In order to participate in this appeal, you must enter an appearance in the Vermont Superior Court, Environmental Division within twenty (20) days of receiving this Notice of Appeal. Notices of Appearance should be mailed to the Vermont Superior Court, Environmental Division, 32 Cherry Street, 2nd Floor, Suite 303, Burlington, VT 05401.

Wardsboro Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 20, at 7 pm, at the Wardsboro Town Office, Main Street, for public comment on proposed amendments to the Wardsboro town plan.
Proposed amendments include:
-updated data from United States Census and other sources
-new language for energy section
- new sections - Flood Resiliency; Forest Blocks and Habitat Connectors
-updated maps (including expanded conservation area on Proposed Land Use Map) and two new maps- Town of Wardsboro Solar Energy Potential; Town of Wardsboro wind energy potential.

NOTICE OF HEARING
There will be a hearing of the Development Review Board on Thursday, February 7, at 7 pm,. at the Town Office, West Dover, 102 Route 100 for the following:
1. To consider application
#19-RT110C-01 by Michael S. McGillion, Esq, representing Boulder Ridge REO, LLC, for minor changes to site plans, so that building footprints will comply with current wetland regulations.
2. To consider application
#19-RT015-01 by Leatherneck Associates, LLC for a PUD Change of non-conforming use from retail to manufacturing, packaging or processing (Brewery) and from office to bar (Taproom).
3. To consider any other business which may legally come before the Development Review Board.
