NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS
Notice is hereby given in accord with 32 V.S.A. §4111 that the undersigned Listers within and for the Town of Wilmington have this day completed the abstract of individual lists (abstract) of property owners as of the first day of April, 2021.
The Listers have this same day lodged the abstract in the office of the clerk for the inspection of taxpayers.

ALL GRIEVANCES MUST BE IN WRITING WITH SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION SUBMITTED BY JUNE 19, 2021 OR POST MARKED BY JUNE 19, 2021. You are entitled to state the grievance AT THE hearing. On the 19th day of JUNE, 2021, at 9 a.m. the undersigned Listers will meet at Wilmington Town Office, 2nd floor in the meeting room, to hear appeals of taxpayers aggrieved by actions of the Listers from whom timely grievances have been received and will continue until all timely grievances are heard. ALL TAXPAYERS THAT WILL MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WILL NEED TO CALL IN AT THEIR APPOINTMENT TIME TO THIS NUMBER: 1-425-436-6371, ENTER ACCESS CODE 865434#.
To be timely, such grievance LETTERS AND MATERIALS must be in writing and received (postmarks ARE accepted) by 3 PM on the 19TH day of JUNE, 2021.
At the close of grievance hearings, the Listers shall make such corrections in the abstract as were determined upon hearing or otherwise.
Unless cause to the contrary is shown, the contents of said abstract will, for the tax year 2021, become the Grand List of the town of each taxpayer named therein.

The legal voters of the village of Jacksonville are hereby notified and warned to meet at the village of Jacksonville Electric Company in the said village on the 15th day of June AD at 6:00 pm. In the evening to act on the following articles to wit:
ARTICLE 1. To hear the reports of the village officers and to act there on.
ARTICLE 2. To elect all the village officers as required by law.
ARTICLE 3. To see what action the village will take in regards to funds to maintain the light system and equipment.
ARTICLE 4. To see if the village will authorize its trustees and president to borrow money
On its notes in anticipation of revenues.
ARTICLE 5. To transact any further business to come before said meeting.

Lands being sold to Reggie Rondeau by Quit Claim Deed listed below were erroneously posted as sold for $5000.00 apiece. The correct amount is $500.00 apiece.
Being all and the same lands conveyed to the Town of Readsboro by Quit Claim deed dated 3/28/2017 and recorded in Book 79, Page 256 to 257 of the Readsboro, Vermont Land Records. This parcel was deeded to the Town of Readsboro by Quit Claim Deed.

NOTICE OF HEARING
Interested parties may be required to participate in this hearing before appealing any decision in court. Notice is hereby given by the Development Review Board that a Hearing will be held on June 28, 2021 at 5:30 pm, in the Wilmington Town Office Meeting Room, at which time the Board will hear all interested persons in the following matters:
Application # 2021-003 Owner: Hermitage Members Club, Inc, c/o Bill Benneyan. Agent: Ham Hodgman, PE, Stevens & Associates, Inc. Proposal to amend PUD Master Plan, including a proposed 5,000 square foot maintenance building for snow grooming, a new “Magic Carpet” ski lift east of the Base Lodge, and a 100 square foot valve house for snowmaking operations near the Fannie Hill ski trail.
