The registered Voters of the Cold Brook Fire District No. 1, in the Town of Wilmington, are hereby
notified and warned to meet at the Administrative Office of the Cold Brook Fire District No. 1, located on 400 Route 100 North, Wilmington Vermont, on Saturday May 17, 2025, at 9 am.
At said meeting, duly Warned by the Clerk of the Prudential Committee, the following Cold
Brook Fire District business will be transacted.
Article I
To see if the Prudential Committee will elect a member of the qualifying residents in the District to fill the vacant position on the Board.
Article II
To elect a Treasurer, Tax Collector, and Clerk, each for a one (1) year term.
Article III
To see if the District will approve the Budget for the fiscal year 2025/2026.
To transact any other business that may lawfully come before the meeting.

The resident and non-resident owners, lienholders and mortgagees of property in the Town of Dover, in the County of Windham and State of Vermont are hereby notified that the taxes assessed for such town remain either in whole or in part unpaid on the following described lands in such town, to wit:
1. Being land and premises consisting of 10.48 +/- acres located at 68 Captain Copeland Road (Dover Grand List Parcel Number CP017) as conveyed to Tammara Baxter (5/6 interest) by Warranty Deed of Mary P. Colby dated July 23, 2012 and recorded in Book 312, Page 106A, and to Linda A. Baxter (1/6 interest) by Warranty Deed of Dale P. Colby and Mary P. Colby dated December 19, 1991 and recorded in Book 124, Page 351 of the Dover Land Records, and to which Tammara Spear (f/k/a Tammara Baxter) subsequently conveyed a life estate to Linda A. And pursuant to 32 V.S.A § 5254, such property will be sold at public auction at the Dover Town Office, a public place located at 102 Route 100, West Dover, Vermont on the 17th day of June 2025, at 10:00 A.M., to discharge such taxes with costs unless previously paid. Be advised that the owner or mortgagee, or the owner’s or mortgagee’s representatives or assigns, of lands sold for taxes shall have a right to redemption for a period of one year from the date of sale pursuant to 32 V.S.A. § 5260.
