Peak Resorts to purchase three ski areas before winter season

DOVER– Peak Resorts, Inc., parent company of Mount Snow announced September 24 that it has entered into a purchase agreement to buy three Pennsylvania resorts from privately-held Snow Time Inc. for $76 million. The deal is expected to be finalized before the start of the ski season this fall.
