Owners’ vision for new restaurant is to be the best

Bar manager Drew Kacik, head barback Tanner Karg, and part-owner Bob Rubin prepare for Friday night at Nosh.

DOVER - Those dining in the valley have a new fine-dining option this season. Nosh, which has four owners, all with local connections, opened its doors a few weeks ago.
The restaurant is adjacent to The Last Chair, in the space recently occupied by Fiddleheads and Marketplace. It’s owned by  Kevin Siebrecht, Rob Wadsworth, Bob Rubin, and Victor Ganzi. The cuisine at the restaurant is described on its website as “modern American.”
