DOVER- The Southern Vermont Deerfield Valley Chamber of Commerce has announced the winners of its prestigious annual awards, recognizing outstanding individuals and businesses who have made exceptional contributions to the community. The winners were celebrated at the annual Chamber Gala held Thursday, December 5, at Carinthia Lodge at Mount Snow.
