Mount Snow ready to open Saturday

Mount Snow has added white to the array of fall foliage colors in the valley.

DOVER- Mount Snow has announced that it will open for skiing and riding at 8 am on Saturday, October 27, with the most skiable terrain in the East.
The lifts will be running from 8 am to 3:30 pm. There will be no beginner terrain available. Additional terrain may be added as temperatures allow for further snowmaking operations, with up-to-date trail, terrain, and conditions information available on the Snow Report. Mount Snow will start the season with weekends-only operations. Daily operation will begin at a later date.
Mount Snow was recently recognized for  “Best snow in the East” by Ski Magazine.
Skiers and riders are encouraged to visit and to pick up their Peak Passes before opening day for seamless access to the slopes.
The season pass office will be open in the Clocktower from 8 am to 4:30 pm on weekdays, and 7:30 am to 4 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Day tickets will be available for purchase at ticket windows starting one half hour before lifts start running, or at for the best deals.
