DOVER- Tennis players and fans are enjoying one of the best times of the year, as the Wimbledon tennis tournament is underway in London. For those unable or unwilling to spend a fortnight across the pond watching the play on the courts of the All-England Club, there is an exciting opportunity in the valley for just about anyone who yearns to pick up a racquet and smack a few balls around the court.
