DOVER- One of the valley’s best-known and best-loved institutions celebrated a major milestone this winter. TC’s Restaurant has been owned by the same family for four decades, first by Terry and Kathy Clark and now by their son Tim and his wife Becky. Over the years, the restaurant has been an anchor business for the community, and a focal point for the Clark family.
