WILMINGTON - On a recent Sunday morning, Jade Barnshaw, Graham Alsted, and their daughter, Dahlia Alsted, who is almost 2 years old, are inside the place that brought them here. Folly, the downtown spot known for its intimate dining setting and high-end cuisine, is, decoratively speaking, largely untouched from its creators, Peter and Kathleen Wallace. The Wallaces, however, aren’t here. Barnshaw and Alsted are taking their place.
