Gas station makes a bold statement with new colors, owner
DOVER- Those who have traveled through Dover in recent weeks may have noticed that the building that in the past housed Chadwick’s and Grampy’s is now a bold hue of red. Rich Werner, who purchased the building in December 2018, says he’s gotten mixed feedback about the new look.
“I have had some people who don’t like it,” he says. “I was surprised. I think it looks like a barn.”
