DOVER - Tobin Twelves and Tori Welch were announced as the winners of the Dover Launch business plan competition at an event last Thursday held at Mount Snow’s Carinthia base lodge. The couple received the $20,000 grand prize for their plan for the Dover Lounge, an indoor golf and multisport simulator lounge.
