Chef realizing a lifelong dream
WILMINGTON - “Apparently, every chef’s dream is to own a restaurant.”
This line was said by the wife, Susan Seavey, of one such chef, Robert Seavey, in the sun-soaked dining room of one such restaurant. The couple owns Robert’s Roadhouse, a new restaurant in a familiar space, with nods to the space’s history woven throughout it.
