DOVER - Betsey’s Dot’s of Dover is back in business. Less than a year after her restaurant burned in a late night fire, Betsey Reagan reopened her doors earlier this month, letting Betsey’s Dot’s of Dover return to its place as a staple eatery, meeting spot, and gathering place in the valley. Reagan says she’s still getting used to the new space, which was completely rebuilt after last January’s fire, but she’s excited to be back.
