WILMINGTON - As she’s settled into her new role as Wilmington Works project coordinator this summer, Samantha Kondracki has kept an eye on ensuring a continuity of traditions in Wilmington.
“I plan to continue on the path the Wilmington Works has thus far, which is to create fun and inclusive events that bring people to our quaint little downtown,” she told The Deerfield Valley News this week.
