DOVER - People tell Deerfield River Bar and Bottle Shop managing partners John A. Verrochi and Lindsay C. Derr they must be crazy to have opened a business in the middle of a pandemic.
The pair brushes it off.
“Opening during COVID, we knew what to expect,” says Derr. “Thankfully we didn’t open before.”
