DOVER - Tim Hall says he and his wife, Mary Lou Ricci, hadn’t planned to get into the inn-owning business. But when The Hermitage Inn was under foreclosure, they found themselves drawn to the prospect.
“We were sitting around with friends in our living room at our house here, and we started talking about it,” says Hall. “And the rest is history.”
