All systems go for a busy winter as The Last Chair expands

DOVER - The Last Chair, a Dover institution that now has three distinct restaurants under its portfolio, is gearing up for a busy winter.
The owners of The Last Chair, John Winney and Jim Thomas, recently purchased Pizzeria La Toscanella. It’s now known as Last Chair Pizza & Grill, and it’s an extension of The Last Chair’s main location. Winney, who is head chef of both The Last Chair and Last Chair Pizza & Grill, said this week that he’s been working to create some continuity between the two spots, both in aesthetics and in menu items.
