BRATTLEBORO- The COVID-19-era shadow forced the Windham World Affairs Council to cancel last spring’s monthly events. WWAC returns now with fresh board members committed to creating participatory Zoom talks that shine a light on global issues of importance to the community.
On Sunday, September 27, from 4 to 5:30 pm, Nobel laureate Jody Williams will speak on “Stepping Up and Taking Action on Killer Robots and the New Nuclear Arms Race.”
