Nominating petitions for town and school offices are now available at the town clerk’s office and on the town website www.wilmingtonvermont.us, and are due by 5 pm, Monday, January 29. Nominating petitions must be signed by 1% of the registered voters (16 signatures).

Town offices to be filled this year are: town moderator -1 year, town treasurer -1year, selectboard -3 years, selectboard -2 years, lister -3 years, lister -1 year (two seats of 1 year each), first constable -1year, second constable -1year, grand juror - 1year, town agent - 1 year, cemetery commission - 5 years, library trustee -5 years, trustee CC Haynes Fund -1year, school moderator -1year, school director -3 years, school director -2 years, Twin Valley Unified Union School District director.
Dog licenses and renewals are available after January 1, at the town clerk’s office. A dog must have had a rabies inoculation not more than 36 months prior to the date of licensing for older dogs, not more than 12 months for puppies.
A rabies certificate is required for licensing.
