BRATTLEBORO- The Windham Orchestra invites the community to celebrate the first day of spring by strolling down to the Latchis Theatre at noon for lunch and music. All are invited to join the orchestra for “A Magic Garden,” a special lunchtime performance to benefit Senior Meals, on Thursday, March 20. Not available for lunch? No problem. The extended program will be performed in an evening concert on Saturday, March 22, in Chester.

The Thursday, March 20, noon performance, at the Latchis Theatre is, a benefit concert to support the Brattleboro Senior Meals and Meals-On-Wheels programs. Concert-goers are invited to bring their lunch or reserve a delicious specially prepared boxed lunch to be enjoyed during the concert. Lunch options include either Thai chicken salad or tofu “egg” salad sandwiches, salads, dessert, and a beverage. The full menu can be viewed at www.bmcvt.org. Lunch and concert: $15 / seniors $10. On Saturday, March 22, at 7:30 pm, the Windham Orchestra heads north for an extended concert in the Green Mountain High School auditorium in Chester. The orchestra invites the audience to name their ticket price, choosing anywhere from $5 to $65 for admission (open seating).
