WILMINGTON- The latest in the 9&100@4 series of events is this Saturday, August 24, at 4 pm in River Bank Park. Come on out and enjoy the music of Mike McMann, seen above at different venue, and maybe even dance a little. Saturday’s performance will feature a mix of instrumental and traditional sounding music served up through the crafty guitar work of McMann. Pulling from influences ranging from Tony Rice and Jerry Garcia to Mark Knopfler and David Gilmore, McMann’s originals and carefully selected covers have a sound anyone can enjoy. Saturday’s show will last from 4 to 5:30 pm. Come on down to Wilmington, do some shopping, grab a bite to eat, and listen to some tunes. The series is called “9&100@4” referring to both the location and time of the events. The events are sponsored by the town of Wilmington and the Wilmington Fund VT. See the Wilmington Works Facebook page for information on future events: www.facebook.com/wilmingtonworks.
