Miss Vermont, Chelsea Ingram, sang the national anthem to kick off the Lt. Mark H. Dooley 5K Memorial Walk and Run on Saturday. The event is a fundraiser in the memory of Dooley, a former Wilmington police officer who was killed while serving in the military in Iraq.
