When the government, the state, or the voters think of a good idea, plan on three years and three times as much money to get it done.
Miraculously, the impossible just happened. The spectacular new greenspace parking area flew out of the sky and miracle workers had the job done in just a month.

Just 8 groups and 15 individuals made Wilmington a much better place in just a month.
