At the Memorial Hall Board meeting on June 4, the following motion was made and unanimously carried and the recommendation was emailed to the Wilmington Selectboard and town manager. This lease was to be discussed in the executive session at the selectboard meeting of June 6.
“The Memorial Hall Board recommends to the selectboard that they not renew the Memorial Hall lease to the current tenant. We have made this recommendation based on the new damage done to the town-owned building incurred during their tenancy.”
