I have returned from my weekend at “home” and wanted to send a thank you to all who planned and worked so hard to make Old Home Week a success. Everything from the barbecue Friday, the ice cream social, registration at Memorial Hall, the parade, the pig/beef roast, the historic society, and Sunday breakfast were all appreciated and sincerely enjoyed.
I want to send a special “hats off” to Ms. Pike. The flowers around town are beautiful! I know just taking care of my small garden is work but, the whole town! Everyone in my group, class of ‘61, commented and appreciated. We are from New Hampshire, Conneticut, Florida, New York, and Texas. And all noted and commented.
