To the Editor:

I would like to apologize to all the children and their parents who brought them to play the kids games up to the park. I usually do them but I couldn’t this year. I thought it was being taken care of. Much to my dismay I was told there were no games. I want to apologize again and I will promise you next year there will be kids games.

Cheryl, the kids games wasn't the only thing that was lacking this year. The whole weekend with the exception of the fire works was a disappointment. Especially for the price one had to pay for everything. Between the demo derby starting I believe close to 2 hours late and then only lasting minutes, to the 5 minute parade, and the 2 vednors down at the ball field...it bordered on pathetic!
