It was with surprise and disappointment that we learned of the resignation of one of our members, Julie Wilson, last week. We will miss her dedication and enthusiasm but are confident that after three years of service, her decision to pursue other venues was right for her and we wish her all the best.
We are proud to have been a successful team thus far and plan unequivocally to continue as one. We will confidently strive to make the ongoing and already successful projects like Bright Lights of Dover, the reinvigorated Green Up Day, the Flower Barrel Project, etc. continue to grow and thrive for years to come.
That being said, the beautification volunteers would like to encourage anyone in Dover to please join us - our group meets every two weeks at 5 pm at the Dover Town Offices. The more members, the more great ideas, and the more beautification continues as a reality for the betterment of all the town, which has always been job number one. Our next meeting will be Wednesday, June 16, at 5 pm, at the Dover Town Offices - please come and join us and bring your ideas!
Sincerely,
Linda Anelli, Dianne Guminak, Heather Kelly, Trudy Mueller, Kim Nilsen
