The concrete paver inscriptions (bricks) for the Wilmington Bank Park officially went on sale during the Memorial Day weekend. The Wilmington Beautification Committee received valuable feedback and we are responding to those comments.
A number of people wanted to also include a short positive message as part of their inscription on their paver. The beautification committee agrees. The paver order form has been revised to reflect this change. These revised forms may be picked up at Town Hall, on the town website, or at the chamber of commerce. We will contact the people whose completed form did not include a message to see if they wish to add a short message.
The committee encourages families or groups and organizations to get together and inscribe a paver giving tribute to their family or group. The pavers are selling like hot cakes so do not delay your purchase. Only about 130 will be sold. Thank you.
