Thank you for your recent article about Mount Snow’s veteran ski patrollers. I would like to tell readers more about the 85 members of the patrol and perhaps they may consider joining our group.
The Mount Snow Ski Patrol is an eclectic group coming from all backgrounds ranging from a cook on a submarine to an ex-patroller who summitted Mount Everest several times. Two of our patrollers and one of our ex-patrollers have gone on to become doctors . Others have gone on to become anesthetists, nurses, paramedics, and physical therapists. Several of our patrol have volunteered their time and skills to help the people of Columbia and Haiti in their times of need.
The Mount Snow Ski Patrol is always looking for strong candidates to join us in what has become a lifelong and rewarding adventure for all of us.
