To the Editor:

The budget committee of the town of Wilmington voiced its support of the Twin Valley School District budget with a vote resulting with all in favor. The voters of the towns of Wilmington and Whitingham will ultimately decide upon the approval or decline of the $5,093,048 budget by Australian ballot. The budget encompasses grades six to 12 of the combined school district of the two towns.

The vote is to take place this Thursday, January 14, between 10 am and 7 pm. Wilmington voters are to vote at the Twin Valley High School gymnasium in Wilmington. Whitingham voters are to vote at the Municipal Center in Jacksonville.
