To the generous people of Deerfield Valley: My daughter Holly Stradecki, of Burlington (and Whitingham), will be participating in the Penguin Plunge for Vermont Special Olympics February 6, at 11 am. The event has been covered in the past by WCAX; last year’s event can be viewed online. I am hoping people from our area will donate toward her goal of $1,000. It’s easy to do online.
