Richard Sherman (Evan Plunkett) roams around his empty apartment. His wife Helen (Cynthia Hellman) and daughter Rachel (Natalie Deitz) have escaped the heat of New York in Maine. A beautiful TV model (Patricia Hartland) moves in to his building. A flowerpot, knocked over by the model, tumbles down from an overhead balcony The latter-day Don Juan invites her down and his fantasies, take flight. Richard believes that other females he comes in contact with during his workday, Miss Morris (Nancy Deitz), Elaine (Melinda McCreven), and Marie (Amanda Gelter) are all after him. To ease his guilty feelings, he is positive that a writer, Tom Mackenzie (Lester Matathias), is getting a little too friendly with his wife in a cabin in the woods. He seeks help from psychiatrist Dr. Brubaker (Marvin Shedd) while editing the doctor’s copy of his current book about a notorious sex maniac.
The movie version featured Marilyn Monroe and Tom Ewell. The Friday and Saturday performances are $12 and curtain is at 7:30 pm. Sunday performances are $10; curtain is at 3 pm.
