While I certainly appreciate the good news about Sleeping Dog Farm published in last week’s edition, I would like to make a correction. Mr. Avard quoted me as saying “We wanted to bring farming back to the area.” Farming is already here!
Clearly, agriculture is a well-established industry in the valley. The friendship and generosity of the experienced farmers in the area has been invaluable to us. What I did say is that I hoped to bring our farm back.
