Two members of the Division IV champion Twin Valley Wildcat boys’ soccer team will be taking part in the 40th annual Lions Club of Vermont and New Hampshire’s state games, which pit Vermont’s best senior soccer players against New Hampshire’s best. Colin Lozito, co-captain of the 2014 Wildcats, will play in the match while junior Twin Valley goalie Sam Molner, will serve as team manager. Twin Valley Coach Buddy Hayford, who was named the national small school coach of the year after leading the Wildcats to an undefeated title run, will serve as assistant coach for the Vermont team. The girls’ state game begins at 4 pm followed by the boys at 6:30 pm at Castleton State College on Saturday, July 19.
