BRATTLEBORO- Welcome back master Guinean drummer Namory Keita, who will resume his weekly drum classes for all levels at The Brattleboro Stone Church, 210 Main Street. The new time for the class is 6:15 to 7:15 pm and the dance class will follow, starting at the new time of 7:15 to 8:45 pm.

African dance classes happen every Wednesday at 7:15 pm at The Brattleboro Stone Church. This summer features teachers Pape Ba and Georgette Adjie. All levels are welcome and the dance classes are always accompanied by live drumming with Namory Keita and others.

The cost is on a sliding scale of $12 to 15. The cost of Namory’s drum class is $10 and he will have drums available for those who need them. This is a drop-in class so no need to preregister.
