The Twin Valley boys’ varsity soccer team senior players and their families were recognized before the Wildcats game with Windsor on October 16 .

WILMINGTON- Twin Valley High School coaches gave out the 2013 soccer awards recently.

Boys junior’ varsity: Best offensive, Baylee Crawford; best defensive, Wyatt Shippee; coach’s award, Alec Crosier.

Girls’ junior varsity: Unsung hero, Cassie Bratton; best defensive, Teya Johnson; coach’s award: Kirra Courchesne.

Boys’ varsity: Defensive player of the year, Eli Park; top performer, Colin Lozito; offensive player of the year, Dal Nesbitt; top newcomer, Troy Felisko; unsung hero, Cade Nesbitt; most improved, Oscar Smith.

All Marble Valley League:Lozito, Park, and Dal Nesbitt; second team, Cade Nesbitt and Sam Molner. All State: Lozito, Park, Dal Nesbitt. Twin State: Lozito, alternate, Park.

Girls’ varsity: Coach’s, Natalie Herrick; golden boot, Savannah Nesbitt; most improved, Karlee Walkowiak; defensive player of the year, Hannah Swanson; rookies of the year, Henriette Aas and Jessica Reilly

All Marble Valley League: Swanson and Savannah Nesbitt; second team, Jessica Fox.
