To the Editor:

I want to take the time to express my gratitude for the outpouring of well-wishes, thoughts, and prayers. I don’t even know where to begin but I guess I’ll start by saying how fortunate my family and I are to be part of this wonderful community. We are deeply touched by the the overwhelming number of offers for help, the phone calls, visits, food, as well as the support your good wishes promote.

My family and I appreciate the generous outpouring of support as we embark on my treatment journey. We are truly blessed to be part of such a caring group of people. Please keep your thoughts and prayers coming. A few kind words go a long way in the battle we face. We go forward with a positive outlook and your support helps as we navigate this difficult journey.

Our sincere thanks for keeping us in your thoughts and prayers. We couldn’t do it without you!

All the best,

Paul Schwippert
