Dover School sixth-grader Russell Jameson watches as his boat leaves the dock during Friday’s “Neuman  Cup” at Harriman Reservoir.  Dover fourth-, fifth-, and sixth-grade students built and sailed boats made of recycled materials as part of their science curriculum.  While his boat didn’t reach the finish line first, its design was named the “most creative” by parent judges.
