Now especially is the time to support local business, and to continue as others reopen. I bought a gift I needed in town last week; it was novel and lovely. Several restaurants and stands are open with their usual good fare. Today I wanted a particular CD, so I phoned our bookstore and was given a website. I will order it there.
It is great to know that some of our business folk are operating, whether in person or on the web. I will be saving all my holiday shopping until I can do it here.
