I want to thank the West Dover Fire Department, chief Richard, captain Mickey, and their brave men and young lady. They responded to my call for help. They came to our house three times, two of which were late at night when my detector indicated explosive gas in my home. They risked their lives by entering my house with gas masks and oxygen tanks. After three calls, ruining their weekend, they never made us feel badly, but always said “no problem.”
As of today, we still don’t know what caused the methane gas buildup, but are sure it will be resolved.
Again, we wish to thank all the fire personnel for their professionalism.
