To the Editor,

I would like to thank you for my mention in last week’s Valley News. Bet you wish I’d won now.

Second, a big thank you to the Wilmington Volunteer Firemen who, this past Monday, kept their eyes on the potential for needed emergency evacuation due to rising water on the field below Beaver Street. They also went door-to-door, waking people so they could move their parked cars from that area before being under water. They should be commended.

Thanks, people. Thanks.

Now the ‘comment’: Remember, climate change is a Chinese hoax. Covfefe.

Again, thanks to the Valley News and the Wilmington Volunteer Fire Department.
