To the Editor,

On behalf of the Historical Society of Wilmington I would like to thank everyone who helped to make our two bake sales this summer be so successful.

Thank you to everyone who baked so many yummy treats. All of the awesome people who stopped by and bought something, those who just dropped in a donation and thank you to Shaw’s for letting us have our sale outside on the sidewalk. Thank you!

September meeting: All are welcome and encouraged to join us for our upcoming monthly meeting and presentation on Wednesday, September 13, at 7 pm at the Barber House.

We will be viewing a video about “Life In Bennington County” and if there’s enough interest we’ll re-watch “Life In Windham County,” which we showed last year.

Questions? Call me at (802) 464-3004.
