WARDSBORO-The target date to open the Wardsboro Public Library is Saturday, August 24. The renovation of the reception area and children’s room will finish up this week with the help of many volunteers. This past week, volunteers painted the children’s room and helped move furniture.

Programs are Monday, August 19, at 10 am, cave drawings (6 and up); Wednesday, August 21, at 10 am, pet rocks (4 and up); Thursday, August 22, at 1 pm, beading (11 and up); Saturday, August 24, at 6 pm, summer wrap-up party. Children of all ages and their caregivers are welcome.
