DOVER-The Mount Snow Adaptive Sports Board of Directors is very pleased to announce that Tera Adams has been appointed as the program director and Yuri Czmola as the assistant director for MSAS.

Adams joins MSAS with a background in adaptive and therapeutic recreation. She earned her B.S. and M.S. degrees from the University of Utah in parks, recreation and tourism, the latter degree with an emphasis in recreation therapy. She worked for the National Ability Center in Park City, Steamboat Adaptive Recreational Sports, All Seasons Adventures in Park City, and Vail Family Resorts, Park City-Canyons.

Czmola joins MSAS having pursued teaching and coaching in the snowsports industry since 2007. He earned a B.S. in business management from St Peter’s University and has worked as a staff trainer at Hunter Mountain, as the snowboard school manager at Bromley Mountain, and at Mount Snow as an adult lessons supervisor, staff trainer, and training center competition coach.

Mount Snow Adaptive Sports is a fully independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit incorporated as a Vermont registered organization, dedicated to providing life-changing opportunities for people with disability to participate in sports and recreation activities alongside family and friends. They offer individualized adaptive ski and snowboard lessons for people with physical or intellectual disability, age 5 and up.
