To the Editor,

On behalf of the Conmy family I would like to thank all who have supported Gus in his fight against leukemia. This entire valley has shown once again the heart and soul of what makes living here so unique.

Our sincerest gratitude to everyone involved with the fundraiser at Twin Valley with the Harlem Superstars. Francis Cunningham and family for the giveforward.com, Gus’s leukemiacancerfund, Nancy Logan, and Wilmington Candle Company fundraiser, and the Lozito family for the jar donations.

Whether through donations, prayers, or loving thoughts the strength of this valley shows itself again. We could not be going through this without all of you.

Gus is a true warrior. All the prayers are working thus far, as he completes his second cycle of chemo at Memorial Sloan Kettering.

Dr. Kobos says he is doing well, and has four more months to go.

Thank you all!

Augustus Conmy, Nancy Conmy, and George Wing
