WHITINGHAM - Stanley J. Lipstadt, 72, died October 30 at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH, after a short and sudden illness.

He graduated in 1964 from City College of New York with a degree in business administration and also held a master’s degree in economics from Purdue University.

Mr. Lipstadt was the president and CEO of PSM Investors Inc., an investment advisory firm he founded in 1976.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara; daughter Stefanie and husband, Robert Iversen, of Phoenix, AZ; daughter JoAnna and husband, Rahul Swani, of Boston, MA; sister Marcia Katz, of Bordentown, NJ, and three grandsons.

Mr. Lipstadt enjoyed cooking, reading, and audio/visual technology. He will be remembered for his quick wit and wonderful sense of humor.

A remembrance was held for him at his home on Saturday, November 2, with many friends and relatives in attendance.
