DEERFIELD VALLEY- The Deerfield Valley Rotary Club has announced that it is once again offering scholarships to local youths.

The Frank Spencer Scholarship is awarded to graduating high school seniors who display exceptional dedication to academics and community service, in keeping with the Rotary motto of “Service Above Self.”

The Dennis Butchko Scholarship also rewards academics and community involvement, however, students from Readsboro and those entering a teaching profession will be given special consideration.

The club also offers travel stipends for educational opportunities.
