To the Editor,

I just wanted to spread the word about all the trail work being done in Wilmington. The trails committee has created an extensive network of trails throughout the town that are great for hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, and cross country skiing. In particular, the Wilmington side of Hogback between Lake Raponda and the Marlboro town line has lots of trails for everyone to enjoy, which abut the Marlboro network of trails. There is some great mountain biking terrain too.

There are maps showing many of the trails on them available at the Wilmington town offices or on www.wilmingtonvermont.us under “trails and hiking.” The weather is absolutely beautiful so we encourage everyone to get out to hike and ride all the back country trails Wilmington has to offer.
