To the Editor,

On certain days during the winter, employees of Mount Snow invite friends and family to ski at the mountain at a discounted rate. At the end of the season, the proceeds from the sale of tickets on these days are given to some of the charitable organizations within the Deerfield Valley. This year the Deerfield Valley Community Cares fund has received a donation of $2,500 from the “employee appreciation” days program.

We are again thankful to the employees and administration of Mount Snow for their generosity in supporting our efforts. This has been a very cold winter, and many families in the valley ran into trouble trying to pay for their home heating costs. This donation goes a long way to help us give these people some relief. Please accept our gratitude for your continued support.
