We recently received a check from the town of Wilmington for $500 to help us with our work for the coming winter.
We receive a stipend like this from most of the towns we cover, and it is a welcome gift to charitable organizations like ours.
Each winter we are called upon to spend between $38,000 and $50,000 to help families within the Deerfield Valley.
So we need all the help we can get, and we very much appreciate this help from Wilmington.
